Aluminium Composite Panels: Durable Outdoor Signage Solution
Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) feature a three-component construction with two outer layers of thin aluminium sandwiching a high-density insulated core.
ACP is an excellent material for indoor or outdoor applications that require good dimensional stability, low weight, and a brilliant, sleek look. It’s commonly used as a lining for external walls in the building trade and as signage.
It can be printed directly onto the surface or wrapped in digital print with laminate for anti-scratching properties and longer life.
Two common grades for signage include:
- Hoarding board grade: 0.15mm skin of aluminium, white one side for printing, suitable for temporary signage, advertising, or for sale boards.
- ACP 0.21mm skin: Heavier outer layers of aluminium and printable on both sides, offering a longer-lasting and sturdier sign option.
