Please note that all goods need to be checked on delivery. If you have accepted and/or signed for the goods without inspecting their condition and damage is later discovered, we shall not be liable for any costs incurred. If damage is detected upon delivery you must sign for the goods as damaged for any claim to be considered.
In the event of any damage you must notify us within 24 hours. The Goods must be retained until we advise that these can be disposed of. You shall be entitled to a replacement/refund up to a value of £15 per Kilogram minus £25 excess, as per the conditions of the courier service. We will on your behalf administer the claim if one arises.
Timed deliveries: We shall on your behalf instruct courier for a timed delivery ie pre 10am/next day however if the timeline fails to happen we cannot be liable for costs arising directly or indirectly for failure to meet any estimated delivery date/time on part of the courier.
First Display regularly monitor couriers for better service and prices and we believe we utilise some of the best in the industry. As a company we require to give the same terms and conditions of service to our clients as the courier company gives to us. However if you would like to utilise a courier company of your choice we would be happy for your products to be picked up from our depot.
